Inspired by Anything Goes - Friendship Necklaces
Hi CIP fans! Dana here today sharing a fun project for the Anything Goes challenge theme this week. Creative Inspirations paints work great with stamps! I selected several of my favorite colors and a set of stamps and created these necklaces for my daughter and her friends in less than 30 minutes.
I love the sparkly finish of these paints!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you have enjoyed my project and will play along with this week's challenge! Remember you do not need to use CI paints on your projects, but if you have them, we would LOVE to see how you use them! Don't forget about the challenge going on on the facebook page. You can find all the details about how to enter HERE.

Sweet Glitzy Carriage
Hello everyone, Cheryl here with a Sweet little princess card for Creative Inspiration Paints. Today I decided to use LOTS of CIP's Resplendence Angel dust. LOVE this stuff!! Its a MUST HAVE :) I used a ton on the Bella Spring Corners, and the Carriage.
I Love the look of all the shimmer and glitz this gives. Of course I got glitter everywhere in my craft room, even on the CAT! Oh boy, poor baby!!LOL You think after all these years he would learn not to sit underneath me.....LOL oh well...
In the bottom photo its really hard to see any of it. I think due to the angle of the photo. Anyways I had a lot of fun designing this card, and thank you for looking!!!!
I hope you have a wonderful day!!
hugs to all,
Cheryl

Shimmery Washi Tape
I am so excited to share my post with you today!
I've decided to create my own
Shimmery Washi Tape!!
Stamps
White Medical Tape
Inks
Wax Paper
Paint Brush (optional)
Embossing Powder
Start by placing a few pieces of tape on some wax paper and then using a paint brush, paint some shimmery paint on the tape!
Next use the background stamp or other stamp of your choice to add a pattern to your "faux" washi tape!
I then cut the "washi tape" in half, to make it a little smaller and created my card!
Close-up:
The shimmery washi tape is so pretty!!
For the bottom two pieces I embossed the stamped images with Deliquesce Fine White embossing powder!
It was so much fun creating my own washi tape!!
Have a shimmery day!!

This week's challenge is:
Inspired By: Anything Goes
Here's some inspiration:
I made a set of four tags
All with the same theme
of course you can guess
Alice in Wonderland
Aren't the paints and the embossing powders awesome? I have loved the Alice story ever since childhood and these are the colors that always remind me of the story.

Dream
Hello!
Shea here to show you a cute little tag idea today! I made today's card using a chipboard tag that I had painted a while back with Creative Inspirations Paints in Tutu Pink and Mellow Yellow. I love pink and yellow together as it reminds me of spring flowers (think roses especially), so I use them together every chance I get. Once the paint was dry I stamped it with the sentiment and some leafy flourishes.
I also wanted to use a piece of background paper that I had made months ago using the acrylic block technique and waterbase markers on a piece of glossy paper. The finished product looked so like a sunset and I've been waiting for a chance to use it ever since. The marbled colors on the tag sort of blend in with the sunset-ty colors, don't you think?
Here a view of the tag and orange mat that show the shimmery qualities, especially of the mat. It was dark coral, but I brushed the edges with Rose Quartz which turned it a slightly pinker color, then I inked the edges with distress ink.
Look closely at the tag for a sneek peak of a new product that Creative Inspirations is about to release. Fun!
A satin bow and some rhinestones complete this card. Thank you for joining me, and I hope you'll head on over to the Creative Inspirations challenge blog and play along. This fortnight's challenge is Mother's Day. See you there!!

Altered flower pot with texture & shimmer!
Happy Wednesday!
I wanted to give a gift to a friend who does a lot of gardening!
I decided to alter a clay flower pot and fill it with some gardening items!
The chalkboard marker I painted the wood with CI Paint color
Antique Gold and then I used a chalk to write Happy Gardening!
The butterfly is a sneak peek of a new product CIP will soon be carrying!
I used Denium CI paint color on the butterfly!
For the texture on the pot I used heavy modeling paste and dabbed it with a make up sponge. I then used Antique Copper CI paint over the entire pot using a make up sponge to add the color. After the paint dried I went over it randomly and used Burnt Sienna CI paint.
Below you will see a close up of the colors and shimmer!
I zoomed in so you could see the colors and the texture so the color appears a little darker. You will see the random areas with a little bit of the Burnt Sienna paint! I love how well these two colors go together!
You still have until Saturday 6pm Eastern time to enter the Mother's Day challenge on the CIP blog!
When you create a project, your name will be entered into a drawing for 5 CI paints! If you would like another chance to win some paints we have a sketch card challenge on our facebook too!
That will end on May 31st!
Thank you for visiting today!
Have a wonderful day!
Michelle

After the paints was dried I added the moss to the pot and filled the pot up with some fun gifts!
I added some seeds to the back of the pot and I almost added some gloves but many of them come in only one size and they were to large for my friend!
Here's the amazing colors I used!
